How do I wash my products?

 

Glidewear

Wash at 40°c in mild detergent. Tumble dry on a low heat. Cool iron. Do not use a fabric softener. 

 

Bodypoint

Place item in a cloth bag and wash at 60°c

 

Shear Comfort

Can be washed at up to 80°c. 

 

Any other products can be wiped down with warm soapy water. Do not use a fabric softener.

 

 

When will my item be delivered?

We aim to deliver your items within 3-4 working days. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us on 0117 966 6761 or email us with your order number on orders@beshealthcare.net.

How do I fit my product?

All items requiring fitting come with full instructions.

 

 

What is the difference between natural and medical sheepskin?

Both our natural and XD1900 sheepskins are made to Australian Medical Sheepskin standards.

 

The main difference between natural and XD1900 wool, is that XD1900 is specifically woven to a greater density of 1900gsm.
